Layaway Policy

Katy Furniture offers a convenient layaway option to help you secure your purchase while making payments over time.

Layaway Terms

• 10% Down Payment: A minimum 10% deposit is required to start a layaway.

• 90-Day Payoff: The remaining balance must be paid in full within 90 days.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: All layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Merchandise Ordering: Merchandise is not ordered or reserved at the time the layaway is opened. Once the layaway balance has been paid in full, Katy Furniture will order or reserve the merchandise for the customer.

• Promotional Items: Some Promotional items cannot be placed on layaway.

• What Is a Promotional Item? Promotional items include cash-only items, discontinued merchandise, items we will no longer carry, or merchandise that we will no longer be able to reorder from the manufacturer or supplier.

• Availability: Because merchandise is ordered or reserved after the layaway has been paid in full, product availability may be subject to manufacturer or supplier availability at that time.

By placing merchandise on layaway, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Layaway Policy.
