Delivery

Outdoor Drop-Off

Available for nationwide shipping. Your items will be delivered to the exterior entrance of your home or building at ground level. Appointment required. Service does not include assembly, demonstration, or cleanup.

Indoor Drop-Off

Available in select areas. Your furniture will be delivered just inside the front door of your home. Appointment required. Assembly, demonstration, and cleanup are not included.

White Glove Delivery

Our premium White Glove Service – is available only in surrounding areas serviced by our two local delivery locations. Includes delivery to the room of your choice, professional assembly, product setup/demonstration, and complete cleanup. Appointment required.

Pick Up

Pick up your order free of charge from one of our warehouse locations at your convenience. Unable to pick it up? We offer local delivery, surrounding-area delivery, and nationwide shipping options for a fee.

  • Delivery Charges vary by mileage.
  • The day before your delivery we will call you to remind you of the delivery, we will usually give a four hour window.
  • Delivery Drop We will bring your delivery inside the front door of your home. Assembly Required:  This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or set up of your items.  Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.  You must notify Katy Furniture about any concealed damage by emailing customerservice@katyfurniture.com within 24 hours of delivery.  
  • Delivery Set up means that the delivery team will take everything out of the box and set it up in the room for you.
    • It is important that you have the room ready to accommodate your new furniture. Please have the room cleared in the area where you intend for your new furniture to be.
    • We cannot install anything on the walls or ceiling, nor can we install electronic equipment into entertainment units.
  • If you live in an apartment and you are unavailable, we will meet the apartment manager for entrance (providing you have made prior arrangements with the manager and with our delivery department).
  • It is important that someone is there to sign for the receipt of the merchandise. If you miss your delivery appointment for any reason there will be another delivery trip charge.

At this time, we do not offer removal or disposal of existing furniture.

Many customers choose to donate usable furniture or arrange disposal through their local bulk pickup services.
