Cancellations:

For online orders you will receive an email confirming your order. Orders can be cancelled within the first 30 minutes only. A "cancellation" occurs when the customer or supplier voids an order.

Returns Policy:

Because our prices are so low, all sales are final. Application and Delivery Fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on Special order items or mattress.

Delivery Policy:

Whether you purchase one item or a whole house full, Katy Furniture charges a flat rate for delivery. Please see a sales associate for details. The day before your delivery we will call to remind you of the delivery date and you will be notified with the approximate delivery time, usually a four (4) hour window. If your deliver is on a Monday we will call you on Saturday to notify you of your delivery and delivery time frame. We are unable to accommodate time requests on Saturday deliveries. If you live in an apartment and are unavailable, we will meet the apartment manager for entrance. Providing that you have made arrangement prior to your delivery.

We have two different delivery types:

Delivery Drop Off means, we will bring the merchandise inside your house or apartment and drop it off in the first available room. This will NOT include any assembly. Customer will be responsible for any assembly that may be required and taking the merchandise out of the box.

Delivery Set Up means, we will bring the merchandise inside your house or apartment and set up in the room of your choice. We will also assemble any merchandise that requires assembly.

Please measure before purchasing oversized items. Katy Furniture is not responsible for merchandise not fitting thru halls and doorways. Your room must be ready to accommodate your new furniture. Please have it cleared in the area where you want your new furniture to be. We cannot install anything on walls or ceilings nor can we install any electronic equipment into entertainment cabinets.

If you must leave before our truck arrives, please call our Delivery Department at 281-578-5353 ext. 21 to make other arrangements.

Reschedule Procedure

In the event that you need to reschedule your delivery, Please call us at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date 281-578-5353 ext. 21. If you are not at home on the day your delivery has been scheduled, you will incur another delivery charge.

About your Delivery

The merchandise you have purchased will be carefully inspected and padded on the delivery truck to ensure that it arrives in good condition. Our customer service department is available to help you with any problems that may occur on the delivery. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us immediately of any manufacture defect on the day of delivery

Pick up Hours

Pick up Hours are: Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 6:50 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4:50 pm

Please allow 10 – 30 minutes for accumulation of your order.

Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Our responsibility for damage ends when you accept the merchandise at the time of pick up. In some cases assembly may be required. Our staff will assist you in loading your merchandise in your vehicle. We are not responsible for damages in transit caused by faulty packaging or inadequately tied-down merchandise. Please secure your items well

Layaway Policy

Layaway is available at the regular price of the promotional items. All layaways are for 90 days only and a deposit of 10% is required at the time of layaway.

Financing Policy

Build credit, get more furniture, and pay over time. We offer Credit Check Financing and No Credit Check Financing. There will be a price increase for financing and a $50 application fee.

Warranty Policy

Some Manufactures offer extended warranties on all or certain products. Claims under these warranties are to be made with the manufacturer. Katy Furniture will assist you in this regard upon request. An item under warranty will be repaired or replaced, at Katy Furniture’s Discretion. Katy Furniture reserves the right to keep the merchandise for a reasonable period of time in order to affect necessary repairs in our workshop or return to manufacture. Katy Furniture has no obligation to service items sold “AS IS” with No Warranty or merchandise that has been abused or repaired by the customer. Katy Furniture cannot be held responsible for damages caused by furniture to your home. Should there be a manufacture defect to your furniture after pick up, please email pictures to Customer service at customerservice@katyfurniture.com immediately. The customer however is responsible for the transportation of the damaged furniture regardless of if it was delivered to them or picked up.
